PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Payment must be received before order will be processed & shipped.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations or refund requests. No returns, refunds or cancellations will be processed under ANY circumstances.

SHIPPING POLICY:

You must ensure that your shipping information is correct BEFORE submitting payment (via Paypal OR otherwise), as we WILL ship to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for errors that happen due to improper address information given at checkout. Additionally, we will not process any returns or refunds for orders with/due to incorrect address information.

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders ship within 4 business days. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped!

LIVE SALE POLICIES:

Serious buyers only. We require communication via DM immediately upon leaving our LIVE Sale.
Items claimed in our LIVE Sales will not be held or removed from available inventory until invoice has been PAID, so please be prompt.
Invoice payments are due within 1 hour unless otherwise noted by Alex. Refer to the Terms & Conditions section of your PayPal invoice for specific details.
If non-payment occurs, you will be banned from attending any future LIVE Sales.

TAROT READING POLICIES:

Alex's tarot reading turnaround time is clearly stated within each description. Please pay close attention to your selection. Full readings are currently expected 7-10 business days from APPOINTMENT DATE (note: NOT date of payment), while Single card pulls which will be a 2-3 business day turnaround.

DAMAGE POLICY:

All specimens are sold as-is. Chips & cracks in the stone are natural and will occur over time. We do not process ANY returns or refunds for chips or cracks in stones. If your items arrive damaged in the mail, reach out WITHIN 24 hours of delivery by email to thehumblecrystal@gmail.com. Your e-mail MUST include images/proof of damaged packaging as well as your order information.

LOST MAIL POLICY:

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us via email (thehumblecrystal@gmail.com) with your order information so I may further assist you.
