PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Payment must be received before order will be processed & shipped.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. I do not accept cancellations or refund requests. No returns, refunds or cancellations will be processed under ANY circumstances.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct BEFORE submitting payment, as we will ship to the address you submit via PayPal. We will not process refunds for orders with incorrect address information.

SHIPPING TIME:

All physical orders ship within 4 business days. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped!

LIVE SALE POLICIES:

Invoice payment is due within 1 hour unless otherwise noted by Alex. Refer to your invoice for more details.

READING POLICIES:

My reading turnaround time is clearly stated within each description. Please pay close attention to your selection. Full readings are currently expected 7-10 business days from APPOINTMENT DATE (note: NOT date of payment), while Single card pulls which will be a 2-3 business day turnaround.

DAMAGE POLICY:

All specimens are sold as-is. Chips & cracks in the stone are natural and will occur over time. We do not process ANY returns or refunds for chips or cracks in stones. If your items arrive damaged in the mail, reach out WITHIN 24 hours of delivery by email to thehumblecrystal@gmail.com. Your e-mail MUST include images/proof of damaged packaging as well as your order information.

LOST MAIL POLICY:

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the marked ship date, please contact me via email with your order information so I may further assist you.
